How can we deal with failure?
Hey! How are you?
Have you failed in being productive lately?
I hope you haven’t. Productivity is a great tool that everybody deserves to have, but usually it takes a lot of trial and error to achieve
Today, I hope to give you one more tool to assist you in understanding how you can grow and learn from your mistakes.
Enjoy ;)
1 MINUTE CHALLENGE: Write down on paper one time you failed being productive, and how you overcame this failure.

Your Weekly Challenge:
REMINDER: You don’t have to do the challenge! See it as an idea on how to spend your week more productively.
be aware. Everytime you fail doing something productive during this week, write it down in any place you want, what matters is that you can see it always. After doing so, immediately write what led to this failure(the higher the detail the better!). For example:
I watched tiktok for 30m instead of studying chemistry
trigger: The phone was playing TikTok while I was opening the computer
Your Weekly Inspirational Story:
“Although he wasn’t your typical victim, he faced some pretty tough rejection before sticking it up to the folks who had rejected him for the job.
Koum, born n raised in a small village in Ukraine, was the only child of a housewife and a construction manager who built hospitals and schools.
Incredibly, he didn’t even have hot water growing up.
Several years down the line, he (along with Brian Acton, his co-founder) again faced crisis in life when Facebook refused to offer them a job role.
Of course, that stung like hell. But what they did next is the stuff of industry legend!
Jan and Acton created a chatting app called Whatsapp.
Yeah, the same app you’re using right now.
These guys grew WhatsApp’s user base to a blinding 1.2 billion people per month.
Of course, it became impossible for Facebook to ignore them anymore.
Finally, Jan and Acton sold it for a crazy $19 billion to the same company (Facebook) that refused them employment!
Karma, huh. What would’ve happened if Facebook had accepted these folks before?
And that’s why it’s one of the most badass success stories of our times.”
!!!- I advise you to write the answers down on paper, as they help you figure out stuff about yourself, which you might find useful later on!
Reflective-thinking question:
-Jan had a friend who helped him found WhatsApp: Brian Acton. Can having a partner with you in your journey help you overcome failure?
-How do you think Jan managed to succeed, despite the place he came from?
-What is the most important lesson you took from the story?
Critical-thinking questions:
-How productive do you think Jan needed to be to create whatsapp?
