For the new years I decided to give you a way to deal with hard times, which you’d face when chasing your goals. Enjoy!

1 MINUTE CHALLENGE: Write down one thing you want to achieve in life.
Your Weekly Challenge:
REMINDER: You don’t have to do the challenge! See it as an idea on how to spend your week more productively.
Go buy yourself a sticky note and put it on your computer screen, and on that sticky note write down something you want to achieve in life. Commit this week to start doing something productive whenever you see the sticky note, even if it’s just drinking water.
