Erase FOMO and learn how to actually remember life lessons from the self improvement content you love!
Hey! do you like watching\consuming self improvement content?
I know I do! But, I’ve always found myself feeling a big FOMO after watching them, because I feel so scared of forgetting them!
Man, I can’t tell you how many times I felt that.
But, I might know a way that can help people like you and me, actually remember what we’ve learned.
And, surprisingly, it’s really simple! Scroll down and find out ;)

Your Weekly Challenge:
REMINDER: You don’t have to do the challenge! See it as an idea on how to spend your week more productively.
Set a goal to learn a life lesson this week.
To do this, consume self improvement content(books, videos etc.) for a certain amount of time this week(e.g. 1 hr).
Now, instead of just consuming, try to also create lessons from these pieces of content!
Take notes about what you learned and try to also think how apply them into your own life!

“After his medical discharge, David became an exterminator and gained one hundred and twenty pounds because of his poor eating habits and lifestyle.
He was eventually inspired to change when he watched a documentary on SEAL training.
After hearing the speech of a commanding officer at the SEAL training graduation ceremony, he felt motivated to do something great with his life.
Despite being on the path to mediocrity, David turned his life around and began pushing himself to greatness.
He lost 100 pounds to start SEAL training and kept pushing himself through the training despite physical adversity.
He suffered from multiple stress fractures in his legs but continued training and ultimately participated in three hell weeks — completing two — and Basic Underwater Demolition/ SEAL training.”
